Those of you that know me personally know that I was overweight as a teenager and continued to be like that till college. My relationship with food was complex to say the least. From a very early age, I was offered food (mostly chocolates & cookies) in lieu of what I really wanted to do or express.
I have to admit, as a child I did enjoy bargaining for ice-cream instead of chips when I hurt myself or when I brother would tease me...yum!

For a Deliberate Creator, feelings are a barometer in understanding whether your current thoughts are self serving or not.
When you aren’t feeling too good, you know your thoughts are flowing against the current and you are heading where you don’t want to go. For Deliberate Creators, being aware of their feelings is an excellent tool to manifest.
Your feelings indicate your alignment with Source. Once you understanding how to read your feelings, you can change your thoughts by applying the principles of Law of Attraction to steer your life in the direction that you please.

Feelings and emotions, even the so called bad ones, are good. They let you know that you are an intelligent, expanding being, someone who is connected to the Source. And the bad feelings provide the much needed contrast to create a unique life experience for you, NOW.
