My secret spell that makes all the difference!

When I work with individuals, I know that its about where the client is and not where I think they should be. Every individual that I work with, is undoubtedly an intelligent deliberate creator who can get connected to the source whenever they choose. 

I have tremendous faith in their ability and my main job is to hold a better vision for them when they are unable to do so. Usually when you are in the forest and in the thick of things, you cannot see the road that will lead you out. So I use my advantage as an unbiased third party to point them towards the right direction. 

My work as a coach is to ask the right questions that allow the client to find the answers they are ready to hear. Then watch for evidence of their brilliance and point it out to them. After that, the sky is the limit with these brilliant creators, the stories I can tell about the changes would warrant a book writing!

So I will continue to use my secret spell to get my clients to unlock the potential they carry, to start living a more holistic and fulfilling life. And through them, I unlock my potential.
