* Disclaimer; This blog entry is an attempt to explain what I do.
I am back working for myself, living in a new city and meeting new sets of people. Its been great. I first started coaching in 2009 and from what I have noticed, the coaching industry has grown exponentially. And I think its because more and more people are looking for a person outside of their situation who they can trust, who they can speak to without being judged and who can work with them to help get where they want to be. So you'd think that people would be familiar with what coaches do. Nope! I still get asked that question - What is it that you do as a coach? For me it's taken a while to narrow down on the areas that I love working on. Here's my attempt to put across to you, what I do and why I love it. "I am a seeker, always have been. Like many of us, my journey began with a desire to understand what makes us who we are, why are we here and what I am meant to do. I know each of us have something unique to offer and that each of us have our calling. My calling is working with people to uplift them from where they are, to their higher self. I am a certified Ashtang Yoga practitioner and my coaching is a mix of the philosophical wisdom from the Yoga Sutras and Law of Attraction. I love partnering with people to work in the areas of Self Love, Self Esteem, Finding and Understanding Spirituality. I believe these elements flow into everything we do. Growth and strength in these, will result as success, satisfaction and happiness in all areas of our lives. "I am dedicating this brief description to Jeannette Maw and Lisa Hayes. The inspiration to write the description came to me while I was listening to one of their session recordings from their Coaching Academy.
