We don't live in isolation. We are constantly in a situation where we need to interact with someone else. We depend on others for cooperation, for information, for support or just for connection. How we communicate and how articulate we are can mean the difference between making progress and encountering resistance. Conversations can either be a dreaded event or a fun time to look forward to.
